Across London, the average sale value rose by only 0.1% over the past three months.
However, depending on your location the change varied between a fall of 2.2% and an increase of 1.7% since the start of June.
London 3 Month Rental Change
Across London, the average rental value increased by 1.9% over the past three months.
However, depending on your location the change varied between a drop of 3.3% and an increase of 4.6% since the start of June.
