London 3 Month Sales Change
Across the city, the average sale price increased by 1.3% over the past three months, making August the fourth consecutive month in which price growth decreased relative to the previous month.
Outlying areas of the city saw modest increases (1% - 3%) over the past three months but the centre remained flat.
London 3 Month Rental Change
Across London, the average rental price increased by 2.9% over the past three months. Most areas continue to show strong price growth.
