England & Wales 3 Month Sales Change

Average sale value change between 28th February 2023 and 31st May 2023

Across England and Wales, the average sale value rose by 1.0% over the past three months. As usual, the numbers vary greatly depending on where you are in the country with local changes varying between -3.5% and +3.7%.

England & Wales 3 Month Rental Change

Across England & Wales, the average rental value increased by 1.4% over the past three months.

London 3 Month Sales Change

Across London, the average sale value increased by 1.6% over the past three months with the usual variations across different areas.

London 3 Month Rental Change

As noted above, the rental market in London remains the fastest growing in the country. Over the past three months, average rental values have increased by 3.3% over the period with some areas seeing increases of as much as 7%.
