London 3 Month Sales Change

The average sale price in Greater London has risen by 2% in the last 3 months but as usual not all areas are equal! 

The East and South East are seeing the strongest growth along with Prime London (Chelsea, Westminster etc), elsewhere positive but less so.

London 3 Month Rental Change

The average rental price across London is also up 2% in the last 3 months with very strong growth continuing in those parts of Central London where Covid caused the deepest drops (+7%).
