July 2023 Market Update from Bricks&Logic

Our July 2023 update containing data up to the 30th June is now available at www.bricksandlogic.co.uk. This update looks at changes in our estimates of sale and rental values between 31st March 2023 and 30th June 2023.

England & Wales 3 Month Sales Change

Across England and Wales, the average sale value rose by 0.8% over the past three months. As usual, the numbers vary greatly depending on where you are in the country with local changes varying between -2.7% and +3.7%.

England & Wales 3 Month Rental Change

Across England and Wales, the average rental value rose by 0.8% over the past three months. As usual, the numbers vary greatly depending on where you are in the country with local changes varying between -2.7% and +7%.

London 3 Month Sales Change

Across London, the average sale value increased by 1.3% over the past three months with the usual variations across different areas.
