London 3 Month Sales Change

The average sale price in Greater London has continued to rise across London over the last three months again showing 2.1% average growth. The highest increases are seen in the outskirts and especially the South with large parts of Central London remaining fairly flat.

London 3 Month Rental Change

The average rental price across London is up 2.9% in the last 3 months with rents rising everywhere. Average price changes are continuing to accelerate with faster growth rates reported each month so far this year.
