England & Wales 3 Month Sales Change
Across England and Wales, the average sale value rose by 0.8% over the past three months.
As usual, the numbers vary greatly depending on where you are in the country with local changes varying between -4.8% and +5.0%.
The market on the whole has now recovered from the drops at the tail end of last year.

England & Wales 3 Month Rental Change
Across England & Wales, the average rental value increased by 1.7% over the past three months.
London and the South East of England continue to lead the push in rental value growth.

London 3 Month Sales Change
Across London, the average sale value increased by 0.8% over the past three months with the usual variations for different areas.
This is a slight increase on last months figure and like the rest of England, the average market in the region has moved back into positive territory after last years end of year drops.

London 3 Month Rental Change
As noted above, the rental market in London remains the fastest growing in the country.
Over the past three months, average rental values have increased by 3.4% over the period with some areas seeing increases of as much as 8%.
