Our June 2022 update contains data up to the 31st May 2022 is now available on www.bricksandlogic.co.uk. This update looks at changes in our estimates of sale and rental values between 28 February 2022 and 31 May 2022.

London 3 Month Sales Change

The average increase across the city over the previous 3 months was 2.4%. In previous months we showed that price growth was heavily concentrated outside Zone1. However, the latest maps show stronger performance in central areas.

London 3 Month Rental Change

The average rental price across London has increased by 3.1% in the last 3 months with rents rising everywhere.

While prices are rising throughout London, the strongest price growth can be seen in a ring around the edge of Zone 1 and into Zone 2.
