England & Wales 3 Month Sales Change
Across England and Wales, the average sale value rose by 0.3% over the past three months. As usual, the numbers vary greatly depending on where you are in the country with local changes varying between -2.8% and +2.7%.

England & Wales 3 Month Rental Change
Across England & Wales, the average rental value increased by 2.3% over the past three months. However the variation across the country was very large with areas in the North such as Leeds and Newcastle seeing increases of as much as 10%, while other parts of the country such as Nottingham and the south coast saw negative growth.

London 3 Month Sales Change
Across London, the average sale value increased by 0.5% over the past three months with the usual variations across different areas and with the central areas of the city showing the strongest growth.

London 3 Month Rental Change
Over the past three months, average rental values have increased by 2.7% with some areas seeing increases of as much as 4.1%. A notable exception can be seen in prime central London where the growth of recent months appears to have levelled off.
