If you request a valuation from our estate agency partners, we will also share the information you provide with a suitable agent, so they can respond to your request.

We use this information to either:
(a) perform our contractual obligations to you or take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, for example to provide valuation services;
(b) improve our products and services, by adding information about more properties to our database – we undertake this activity on the legal basis of our legitimate interests and those of our partners and users, in improving the accuracy and completeness of our property listing data (we do not make your personal data available to other users of our Website, only the non-personal data relating to your property).

We either collect this data directly from you through our Website or it is provided to us by our partners such as your estate agent when they use our services to help them provide their own services to you.
Where you request a valuation, we share this information with estate agency and similar partners who are able to provide a more detailed valuation.
Analytics
(data about how you interact with our Website and services):
- browser type and version, IP and MAC address, approximate location and time zone, access logs, device type, operating system, & other information provided by browser or device;
- use you make of our Website and services, including URLs and content you visit, details of properties you have added to your dashboard, and properties you have viewed and searched for; language preferences, clickstream to, through and from our website, date and time, page response times, errors, length of visits to pages, interaction (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs) data, and methods used to leave our site;
- error reports generated if there are problems with our Website or services.
How long we keep it
After 26 months underlying data is deleted, but we may retain aggregated statistics generated from that data which are anonymous.
How we use it
We use software to collect analytics data about users of our Website, capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Similar cookies are also used to track the success of LinkedIn or Facebook marketing campaigns (such as whether a particular post or advert led someone to visit a particular page on our Website).
