London 3 Month Sales Change

The average sale price in Greater London has risen by 2.1% in the last 3 months. The South and South West continue to see the strongest growth with price changes exceeding 3.4% in those areas. In contrast, areas such as Hackney are seeing more modest growth (~1.4%).

London 3 Month Rental Change

The average rental price across London is up 2.8% in the last 3 months with rents rising everywhere. In comparison to last month, prices have not only increased, but their rate of change is also increasing.

As usual recently, these changes are concentrated centrally with parts of North Central London seeing increases of 3.6%+ over the last 3 months,.
