Vicky originally moved to the UK from Hong Kong, bringing with her an international perspective and a strong appreciation for trust, service, and professionalism. Her first experience buying a house in the UK, however, was far from positive.

The process felt impersonal and poorly communicated, leaving her disappointed and frustrated. Rather than accepting this as the norm, that experience inspired Vicky to create something better. Motivated by the belief that property services should be built around people, Vicky went on to establish her own estate agency, serving Castleton and the surrounding areas.
