As Director of “Mark Hart Real Estate”, Mark has a wealth of experience in the property industry.
Mark began his career in the property industry in 2012 and has developed expertise in residential sales, lettings and property management.
Having left the “High Street”, Mark set up his own limited company, working under a franchise partnership for approximately 18 months, whilst building the brand “Mark Hart Real Estate”.
Mark is very much involved in the day to day running of the business, if we represent you in selling or letting your property, Mark will be your main point of contact.
Outside of work, you’ll see Mark regularly walking his dog within the Bromley area and entertaining his young son. Otherwise, you’ll likely meet Mark playing or watching football or having a pint down the local.
Neve started her working career with us in August 2022, joining via our apprenticeship programme. After completing her apprenticeship, she was promoted to Lettings & Sales consultant.
Neve has developed a variety of skills, with confidence in meeting new people, accurately relaying information, negotiating, and writing formal emails/reports.
Neve’s day-to-day roles includes, but is not limited to:
Handling calls and enquiries
Accompanying viewings
Negotiating offers
Administration and progression
Outside of work, Neve enjoys attending festivals with her friends, spending time with family!
Caitlin joined the team in January 2024 and has experience working within customer service.
She has firmly established herself as a successful and respected member of the team. Caitlin can usually be found in the office helping landlords and tenants, providing advice on all aspects of the moving home process.
Caitlin’s day-to-day role involves, but is not limited to:
Speaking with new enquiries to organise property viewings and market consultations
Lettings progression
Arranging maintenance on behalf of Landlords & Tenant’s
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
Outside of work, Caitlin is very family orientated, dedicating most of her time arranging family events and meet ups with her friends.
James started his career in property in August 2024, having previously worked in the construction industry.
James has developed some diverse and transferrable skills, with an approachable and likeable personality, great confidence in meeting new people and an ever improving ability for concentrated negotiations.
James’s day-to-day roles includes, but is not limited to:
Handling calls and enquiries
Accompanying viewings
Negotiating offers
Administration and sales progression
Outside of work, James is a die hard Crystal Palace season ticket holder and regularly visits their home and away matches. Whilst also being a golf enthusiast, dreaming of winning a golf Major.
