I studied geography and have a genuine passion for property and architecture, which makes working in Shepherd’s Bush especially rewarding.
I thrive in a role that blends learning with action, finding smart solutions and making the property journey as smooth and successful as possible. Every challenge is a chance to grow and sharpen my problem-solving skills.
For me, the foundations of the Lettings industry are simple: attention to detail, hard work, and great customer service. Those are the values I bring to every interaction. Being part of an independent agency means working alongside a close-knit team that shares those same values, and I’m excited to keep building strong relationships in such a vibrant part of London.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors, travelling, exploring architecture, experimenting in the kitchen, or keeping fit in ways other than the gym.
Fresh out of university, I followed my father into estate agency in South West London. Ten years in independent agencies gave me the grounding to take things further. In 2006, I moved to West London and co‑founded Jorgensen Turner with Paul in Shepherds Bush. Soon after, we opened our Queens Park office, which I’ve led ever since.
The market has changed hugely over the years, but my approach hasn’t: honest advice and hard work deliver results. As a business owner, husband and father, I understand the challenges our clients face and enjoy being part of their journeys—whether helping a first‑time buyer or supporting a landlord through the rental market.
When the week ends, my perfect escape is loading up the campervan with the family and bikes and heading for the countryside.
I’ve always been drawn to property; it felt like the natural path after university. What really drives me, though, is people. Building genuine relationships and keeping a customer first approach has been at the heart of everything I do, and it’s why so many clients have recommended me and Jorgensen Turner over the years.
As a lifelong West Londoner, opening our first office in Shepherd’s Bush back in 2006 was a proud moment. Since then, working alongside my business partner Richard to grow the business has given me the chance to meet clients from all walks of life and navigate markets that range from the challenging to the rewarding. Every experience has sharpened my ability to find practical solutions that truly serve our clients’ needs.
Day to day, my focus is on driving our Shepherd’s Bush office forward: whether it’s lettings or sales. The area’s energy and diversity mean there’s always something happening, and never a dull moment.
Outside of work, life is all about family: Robe
