Tom is the Director of Ellington Green Wrexham, bringing over five years of hands-on experience within the property industry.
Born and raised in Wrexham, Tom has a deep understanding of the local market and the people within it. Having started his career working within corporate high-street agencies, he gained valuable insight into how larger firms operate - but also recognised where the personal touch was often lost.
Driven by a desire to do things differently, Tom co-founded Ellington Green alongside his colleague Joshua Davies. Their vision was simple: to build an agency that combines professional expertise with a genuinely personal, client-first approach.
Tom is passionate about delivering honest advice, clear communication, and a service that clients can rely on. His hands-on approach ensures that every client feels supported throughout their journey, whether they are buying, selling, or letting. With a strong focus on results, backed by modern marketing strategies and local knowledge, Tom is committed to raising the standard of estate agency in Wrexham.
Joshua Davies is the Founder and Director of Ellington Green, established with a clear vision: to create a better, more professional way to buy, sell, let, and manage property in the UK. With extensive experience across both the property and finance sectors, Joshua has built his career on delivering results at the highest level. His approach is rooted in integrity, trust, and professionalism - principles that form the foundation of Ellington Green’s bespoke, client-first service.
Alongside Ellington Green, Joshua is the Managing Partner of Bridgewater Capital, a multifamily real estate investment firm based in Newport Beach, California, which he founded in 2017. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at CBRE, most recently serving as Director of Investment Management across the US and Canada.
He is also the Founder and CEO of Greenwich Asset Management, a London-based alternative asset manager specialising in private equity, real estate, and private credit investments.
Throughout his career, Joshua has overseen real estate acquisitions exceeding £5 billion, managed operating and development budgets of over £300 million annually, and played a key role in restructuring more than £30 billion in debt and equity portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients. Bringing this global experience back to Wrexham, Joshua’s vision for Ellington Green is to raise the standard of estate agency, combining institutional-level expertise with a tailored, personal service that delivers exceptional results for every client.
