I’ve always believed that moving home should feel exciting, not stressful. However I know from personal experience that between the involvement of Estate Agents, Solicitors and buyers, things are often more stressful than needs be. A big part of this I put down to being through a lack of communication. All to often I have seen from within the profession, how low the standards of service can really drop. This isn't the time to share some of the horror stories with Estate Agents that I have witnessed however it did highlight to me an opportunity. An opportunity for a business which could have a direct positive impact on my clients. When you look at countries such as the US, Canada, South Africa and some European countries, sellers are not left feeling like their home is just another property on a conveyor belt, nor are buyers feel lost and just left to their own devices. That's where a one to one service can truly come into its own.
