Estate Agency has changed in recent years with the advent of online or hybrid Estate Agents providing more choice for house sellers.

A hybrid agent will normally be readily available via email, charge a fixed fee (usually lower) but not have an office for buyers to browse properties and sellers to be able to speak to the people they have trusted to sell their home.
